Preparation: For best taste, we recommend 2 grams of matcha per preparation. For hot matcha, use 35 ml of water at up to 70\u00b0C. Whisk the matcha smooth with our matcha whisk to a creamy, smooth base. For iced matcha variants, likewise use 2 grams of matcha with 50 ml of water of up to 70\u00b0C.
